PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

    All projects must be paid in full upon completion. We do not offer payment terms. Any unpaid balance is subject to a 10% penalty per week until balance is paid in full.

 

DESIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

    All designs require a minimum 50% deposit and invoice approval before work begins. If purchasing designs through the website, the amount will be paid in full. All designs must be paid in full before the designs are provided to you.

  2. REVISIONS

    Stomp Media Group LLC. allows one revision per design ordered. All additional revisions / changes are subject to additional costs.

  3. ORDER CANCELLATION

    Orders cancelled after a deposit has been paid will not eligible for a refund.

  4. PRICING

    We reserve the right to change our pricing on any service without notice. We will honor any orders placed prior to changes made to our published pricing.

  5. RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP

    Once your design is finished and approved, we provide you with a high resolution .pdf file. You own 100% of the rights to this image

DIGITAL PRINTING  TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. ARTWORK

    All artwork files must be a minimum of 300dpi or vector-based. The design file should be sized to the height and width of the final print with proper bleeds added. The better the quality of the file, the better the outcome of the print. We prefer you send your art in .pdf format although we accept the following file formats: .jpg, .png, .psd, .ai.  If there are any problems with your artwork, we will notify you. We can edit your files to fit print specifications for an additional charge.

  2. PAYMENT TERMS

    All orders must be paid for in full prior to the order being added to our production schedule. We must also receive your invoice approval and print ready art files before submitting your order for print.

  3. ORDER APPROVAL

    We will send you an invoice, as well as a digital artwork mockup for approval. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the accuracy of the sizes ordered, material, finish, and overall look of the artwork. Stomp Media Group LLC. is not responsible for revisions made by the customer after everything has been approved. Whenever possible, we will assist with these changes; however, this may cause a delay in production and/or additional costs.

  4. ORDER CANCELLATION

    Orders cancelled before being paid for in full and submitted for print will not be subject to any penalties. Deposits paid will not be returned. If the order has already been printed, or is otherwise deemed at an irreversible stage, no cancellations will be allowed.

  5. SHIPPING AND ORDER DEADLINES

    We will make every effort to ensure we meet all deadlines and requested delivery dates; however, we cannot guarantee those timeframes. The customer will be responsible for any expedited shipping costs that may arise from needing any order by a specific date. This is a rare occurrence for us, but is always possible. In the event that expedited shipping is needed, Stomp Media Group LLC. must receive payment for the additional shipping costs prior to sending out the order in that manner. Stomp Media Group LLC. is not responsible for any shipping delays outside of our control (weather delays when package is in transit, etc). We are unable to offer a refund if anything like this occurs.

  6. MISPRINTS

    Due to the nature of the printing process, there is always the risk of misprints within an order. We do our absolute best to take every precaution against these types of errors, but sometimes they do happen. We are unable to provide a refund after and order has been submitted for print. Please contact us ahead of time if you have any questions regarding this policy.

SCREEN PRINTING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. MINIMUMS

    No minimum order for standard 100% Cotton or 50/50 Blend Tees. In certain conditions, there may be exceptions.

  2. ARTWORK

    All artwork files must be a minimum of 300dpi or vector-based. The design file should be sized to the height and width of the final print. The better the quality of the file, the better the outcome of the print. If you have any questions about artwork, please contact us.

  3. PAYMENT TERMS

    All orders must be paid for in full prior to the order being added to our production schedule. We must receive all art, approvals, etc. as well.

  5. SETUPS

    Our setup/screen fees are charged as one per color, per design. The screens are for 1 image size only. If you would like to print the same design larger on men’s shirts and smaller on women’s shirts, this will require a second setup and a second set of screens. Please note: This may also affect the quantity break for pricing, since it is essentially the same as printing two different designs. Screens are reclaimed after each job. We do not keep your screens ready for print unless you specifically order a one time setup ($35 per screen).

  6. PRINTING OVER UNEVEN SURFACES

    We try our absolute best to create a top-quality product; however, when printing over any uneven surfaces, such as seams, collars, zippers, pockets, etc., there may be slight variations in registration which cause inconsistencies in the final product. Refunds will not be offered for the minor inconsistencies in those areas.

  7. ORDER CANCELLATION

    Once an order has been placed, approved, and paid for, any cancellations will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the order has already been printed, or is otherwise deemed at an irreversible stage, no cancellations will be allowed.

  9. UNDER-RUNS / MISPRINTS

    Due to the nature of the screen-printing process, there is always the risk of misprints within an order. We do our absolute best to take every precaution against these types of errors, but sometimes they do happen. It is a good rule of thumb to order a few extras of each size, if it is critical that you receive an exact amount. Despite this being a rare problem, we have a misprint allowance rate of 5% per design, for which we are not responsible. Please contact us ahead of time if you have any questions regarding this policy.

  10. PRICING

    We reserve the right to change our pricing on any service without notice. We will honor any orders placed prior to changes made to our published pricing list. Due to rising cotton prices, there may not be a lot of advanced notice in regard to the pricing of our blanks.

  11. PRINTED PRODUCT CLAIMS / ISSUES

    Any problems with an order must be reported to us within 72 hours of the delivery date. It is very rare for there to be issues; however, if you notice something that is incorrect, please contact us right away. We will do our very best to resolve any problems.

  12. DISCLAIMER

    Due to variations between brands and styles, Stomp Media Group LLC. cannot guarantee any fitment/sizing, etc. of the garments. We are unable to issue any refunds for complaints of this type.
